No person shall park a vehicle with commercial
plates or a vehicle with exterior lettering identifying a commercial
establishment, other than the dealership where the vehicle was leased
or purchased, upon any street between the hours of midnight and 6:00
a.m., without a parking permit issued by the Police Department. One
such parking permit shall be issued if the owner or lessee of such
vehicle resides in a house without a driveway or resides in an apartment
without an available off-street parking area. No such permit shall
be issued for any vehicle exceeding 242 inches in length, 84 inches
in width and 84 inches in height.
No person shall park or stand a vehicle upon
any street of the Borough for the purpose of sale.
No person shall repair any vehicle upon any
street of the Borough except in cases of emergency.
