A fixed-time traffic control signal shall be
installed and operated at the intersection of Hillside Avenue and
Broad Avenue.
The traffic signal installation shall be in
accordance with the provision of an Act concerning motor vehicles
and traffic regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey
Revised Statutes, shall conform to the design and shall be maintained
in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
