Where the conditions imposed by any provision
of this chapter are less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed
by any other provisions of this chapter or of any other ordinance,
resolution or regulation, the provisions which are more restrictive
shall govern.
The adoption of this chapter shall not affect
or impair any act done, offense committed or right occurred or acquired,
or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred, prior to
the time this chapter takes effect under the regulations relative
to subdivisions in said Town.

A violation of this chapter is hereby declared
to be an offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding $350 for conviction
of a first offense; for conviction of a second offense both of which
were committed within a period of five years, punishable by a fine
not less than $350 nor more than $700 and, upon conviction for a third
or subsequent offense all of which were committed within a period
of five years, punishable by a fine not less than $700 nor more than
$1,000. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate
additional violation.
In case of any violation or threatened violation
of any of the provisions of this chapter or conditions imposed by
the Planning Board, in addition to other remedies herein provided,
the Town Board may institute any appropriate action or proceeding
to abate such violation or to prevent any illegal act or conduct on
or about such premises.
