The Village Board of Trustees shall establish water rents by
resolution on the basis of consumption as measured by a meter.

Cost of service pipes shall be set by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees pursuant to Chapter 8, Fees.

Service charges for discontinuation of service, restoration of service, special meter reading, meter testing and other services in connection with water supply shall be established by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees pursuant to Chapter 8, Fees.
