A. 
Number of copies. At least two copies of the sketch plan shall be delivered to the Planning Board.
B. 
Details required shall be as follows:
(1) 
The sketch shall be at a convenient scale of no more than 100 feet to the inch and shall be submitted on uniform size sheets not larger than 36 inches by 48 inches and shall contain the date of preparation, the approximate true North point, the title "Sketch Plan" and the graphic scale. Where more than one sheet is required, a scaled map showing the entire subdivision on one sheet shall be prepared.
(2) 
The name and address of the owner or owners of the land to be subdivided, the name and address of the subdivider if other than the owner, the proposed name of the subdivision, the Town of Plattekill and Ulster County.
(3) 
A map of the location of the tract with respect to surrounding properties and community facilities, such as roads, parks and schools. Such map shall be at scale of either 2,000 or 1,000 feet to the inch and shall identify all property in the vicinity of the subdivision held by the subdivider.
(4) 
All existing restrictions on the use of land, including easements, covenants, zoning lines or street lines.
(5) 
Contour lines shown at the intervals on the United States Geological Survey map for the area being subdivided and of all contiguous property owned or optioned by the subdivider, as well as the proposed layout of roads, lots and other features shall be shown on the sketch plan.
A. 
Number of copies. At least three copies of the preliminary plat shall be delivered to the Planning Board.
B. 
Details required. Subdividers shall present to the Board a preliminary plat showing the following information. The plat must be submitted to the Chairman of the Board at least 10 days before it is to be considered at a meeting of the Board.
(1) 
The proposed subdivision name, the date, the North point, the scale, the name and address of the record owner, the subdivider and the engineer or surveyor. The scale should be 200 feet to the inch or larger.
(2) 
The names of all owners of record of all adjacent property.
(3) 
The location of existing property lines, streets, easements, buildings, watercourses, marshes and other essential existing features.
(4) 
The location of any existing sewers and water and gas mains, culverts and drains on the property, with pipe sizes and grades.
(5) 
The topography. Contour intervals shall not be more than five feet and must be based on United States Geological Survey datum. The nearest contour must be secured from the most accurate source. In certain cases, topographical information may be required on adjacent property.
(6) 
All proposed streets, lots, easements and public areas, with approximate dimensions.
(7) 
The approximate location of all proposed water- and/or gas lines and sanitary sewer lines, together with plans for connecting to existing mains.
(8) 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of the Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Law of the Town of Plattekill Code[1] shall be required for preliminary subdivision plat approval. Whether a stormwater pollution prevention plan is required or not, the subdivision plan will include GPS (global positioning system) reference data in a form suitable to the Stormwater Management Officer for stormwater outfalls and permanent structures built in accordance with the New York State Stormwater Management Design Manual.

A. 
The final plat shall conform substantially to the preliminary plat as approved, but, if desired by the subdivider, it may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which he proposes to record and develop at the same time. The final plat and other exhibits required for approval must be submitted in accordance with procedures detailed in Article II.
B. 
All such maps, plats or prints must be printed upon linen or canvas-backed paper or drawn with a pen and India ink upon tracing cloth and must be prepared in accordance with § 93-20 of this chapter. With the original tracing, there shall be submitted three print copies.
C. 
Information on the final plat shall be as follows:
(1) 
The subdivision name, the date, the scale and the North point.
(2) 
The certification of title showing the ownership.
(3) 
The names of owners of adjacent lands.
(4) 
Certification by a licensed engineer or surveyor certifying to the accuracy of the survey and plat.
(5) 
Primary control points approved by the Superintendent or descriptions and ties to such control points, to which all dimensions, angles, bearings and similar data on the plat shall be referred.
(6) 
Tract boundary lines, right-of-way lines of streets, easements and other right-of-way and property lines of residential lots and other sites, with accurate dimensions, bearings or deflection angles and radii, arcs, tangents and central angles of all curves.
(7) 
The location of all monuments.
(8) 
The street names, block and lot numbers.
(9) 
The designation of any areas to be dedicated or reserved for public use and of any streets which are not to be dedicated.
D. 
Exhibits to accompany the final plat shall be as follows:
(1) 
Formal offers of cession dedicating streets, rights-of-way, easements and any sites for public use.
(2) 
If requested by the Planning Board, cross sections and profiles of streets showing existing and proposed grades based on a datum plane approved by the Superintendent. The cross sections shall show pavements, and, where required, they shall show gutters, curbs and sidewalks.
(3) 
Information as required by the Superintendent for the planning of waterlines, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines and other drainage facilities.
(4) 
If sewer lines or waterlines are not to be installed, a certificate must be obtained from the Board of Health as to the adequacy of plans for private systems.
(5) 
An affidavit of publication of the notice of public hearing, together with a paid bill for the cost of said publication.
(6) 
If street trees are to be planted by the subdivider, planting plans showing the types and spacing of trees must be submitted.
(7) 
Details at the intersection of any road in the subdivision with a county road and approval by the County Superintendent of Highways.
(8) 
A permit from the New York State Department of Public Works District Engineer for entrance of the subdivision within the right-of-way of the state highway.
(9) 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of the Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Law of the Town of Plattekill Code[1] shall be required for final subdivision plat approval.
