A. The City Seal shall be a double circle within which shall
be a single circle; and between these circles and conforming to the upper
half of the arcs thereof shall be the words "CITY OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS"; and
between these circles and conforming to the lower half of the arcs thereof
shall be the word "VIRGINIA"; and within the inner circle shall be the figures
of the house and cucumber tree at Violet Bank, beneath which and on a horizontal
plane shall be the words "INCORPORATED 1948."
B. The City Clerk shall be custodian of the City Seal.

The colors of the City of Colonial Heights shall be red and blue.

The flower commonly known as "Magnolia" is declared to be the floral
emblem of the city.
