The Village Board of the Village of Pleasant
Prairie hereby adopts § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and all subsequent
amendments thereto.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II)]
The Village of Pleasant Prairie shall maintain
forms for complaints to file under § 106.50, Wis. Stats.,
and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village
of Pleasant Prairie to file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin
Department of Workforce Development for enforcement of § 106.50,
Wis. Stats.
