The provisions of this article shall apply except
when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other
traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or
official traffic control device.
Except where angle parking is authorized, every
vehicle stopped, standing or parked upon a highway where there are
no adjacent curbs shall be so stopped, standing or parked parallel
with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful traffic.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited
on all streets within this village between the hours of 12:00 midnight
and 6:00 a.m. beginning November 1 and ending April 1 of each year.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited
in any of the following locations:
A. On the north side of Union Street between Main Street
and Washington Street.
B. On the south side of Union Street between Washington
Street and Franklin Street.
C. On the north side of Montgomery Street between Main
Street and Washington Street.

D. On the north side of York Street between Main Street
and John Street.
E. On the north side of Washington Street between Montgomery
Street and Franklin Street.
F. On the east side of Washington Street between Montgomery
Street and Riverside Drive.
G. On the west side of Franklin Street from Washington
Street to Union Street.
H. On the east side of Franklin Street from Union Street
to Riverside Drive.
I. On the south side of Broad Street from a point 425
feet west of its intersection with Main Street to the westerly end
of Broad Street.
J. On the south side of Center Street from Franklin Street
to the easterly end of Center Street.
K. On the north side of Ann Street from Main Street to
the easterly end of said street.
L. On the east and west side of Schlote Avenue from Riverside
Drive to the easterly end of Union Street.
M. On the south side of Erie Street from a point 400
feet from Route 30A to the westerly end of Glen Drive.

N. On any sidewalk or walkway or residential driveway
within the village limits.

A. No person shall park a trailer, including a boat trailer, utility
trailer and truck wailer, without it being attached to an operable
vehicle on any Village street.
