In the R-1 Residential District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

Churches, parish houses, convents and monasteries.
(3) 
Elementary and high schools.
(4) 
Public parks or playgrounds.
(5) 
Home occupations.
(6) 
Customary agricultural operations.
(7) 
Accessory buildings and uses.

Uses permitted as a special exception by the Board of Appeals:

Public utility stations.
In the R-2 Residential district no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following purposes:

Uses permitted:
(1) 
R-1 uses.
(2) 
Two-family dwellings.
(3) 
Rooming houses, boardinghouses or tourist houses.
(4) 
Multiple-family dwellings.
(5) 
Nursing, convalescent or homes for aged.
(6) 
Mobile homes on permanent foundation.
B. 
Uses permitted as a special exception by the Board of Appeals:
(1) 
Public utility stations.
In the R-M Mobile Home District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

Uses permitted:

R-2 uses.
(2) 
Mobile homes.
(3) 
Mobile home courts.
(4) 
Mobile homes in courts.
(5) 
Park or playgrounds.
(6) 
Accessory buildings or uses.

In the B-1 Retail Commercial District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

Personal service shops.

Launderettes.
(5) 
Banks, offices and studios.
(6) 
Restaurants and cafes.
(7) 
Motels and hotels.

Bowling alleys and billiard rooms.

Undertaking establishments.
(10) 
Electric or telephone substations or offices.
(11) 
Accessory buildings and uses.
(12) 
Retail wholesale businesses.

Gasoline stations.

Drive-in restaurants or refreshment stands.
In the B-2 General Commercial District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

B-1 uses.

Storehouses and warehouses.
(3) 
Laundry or dry-cleaning plants.
(4) 
Printing plants.
(5) 
Automobile sales and services.
(6) 
Cabinet, electrical, heating, air-conditioning and plumbing shops.
(7) 
Gasoline stations and public garages.
(8) 
Truck terminals or service centers.
(9) 
Fuel, lumber, fertilizer or nursery sales and storage.
B. 
Uses permitted as a special exception by the Board of Appeals:

Drive-in restaurants or refreshment stands.
In the M-1 Manufacturing District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

Uses permitted:

B-2 commercial uses.
(2) 
Manufacture of textile and leather goods.
(3) 
Manufacture of dairy or other food products.
(4) 
Cold storage plants.
(5) 
Light manufacturing or assembly plants.
(6) 
Manufacturing or assembly of electrical or electronic devices, appliances or instruments.
(7) 
Manufacturing of plastic, paint, fiber, wood, metal, stone or concrete products.
(8) 
Tool, die, pattern or machine shops.
(9) 
Welding or metal shops.
(10) 
Lumber or building material sales or storage.
(11) 
Customary accessory buildings or uses.
(12) 
Sewage treatment plants.
B. 
Uses permitted as a special exception by the Board of Appeals:

Storage of hazardous or flammable materials.
(2) 
Other manufacturing uses similar to M-1 permitted uses.
