It shall be unlawful to fish from the banks of, operate a boat or similar
craft upon, or swim in the raw water reservoir on North Fork Creek. Fishing
shall be limited from the breast of dam only.
Any person violating this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be
sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not
more than 30 days; provided that each violation of this article, and each
day the same is continued, shall be deemed a separate offense.
