It shall be unlawful for any undertaker or any other person or persons, association, firm or corporation to bury or inter any deceased person at any place within the Borough of Silverdale except in the only cemetery now in use in the said Borough, which is now owned by the Silverdale Brethren in Christ Church.
Any person or persons, association, firm or corporation who or which shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, and costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
