§ 320-13 Vehicles to be parked within marked spaces.

Whenever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle otherwise.

§ 320-14 Parking prohibited at all times on certain streets or parts thereof.

Parking shall be prohibited at all times on the following streets and parts of streets:

Main Street	West	Upon the portion of Main Street in front of and immediately adjacent to the Silverdale Volunteer Fire Company building
Silver Street	North	Between Green Street and South Walnut Street
Silver Street	South	Between Green Street and a point 30 feet east
Silver Street	South	Between South Walnut Street and a point 30 feet west
Silver Street Alley	Both	Between Walnut Street and Baringer Avenue (SR 152)
South Walnut Street	Both	Between the eastern entry to the cul-de-sac at the southern terminus of South Walnut Street and the western entry to the cul-de-sac along both the inner and outer edges of the cul-de-sac
South Walnut Street	East	Between Silver Street and the southern terminus of South Walnut Street
South Walnut Street	West	Between Silver Street and a point 30 feet south
South Walnut Street	West	Between the southern terminus of South Walnut Street at its intersection with the cul-de-sac and a point 30 feet north
Walnut Street	Both	Between Main Street and the northern terminus of the Borough from the corner of Main Street and Walnut Street to a point 75 feet west

§ 320-15 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $15, and costs; provided that it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Borough to report all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case:

(1)

The section violated;

(2)

The license number of the vehicle involved in the violation;

(3)

The location where the violation took place;

(4)

The time of such violation; and

(5)

Any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.

The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article.
