No building or structure shall hereafter be erected, altered or moved unless it complies with the requirements set forth in the following Table of Dimensional Requirements, § 350-24, except as specifically exempted by this bylaw. Dimensional requirements shall be measured from the appropriate property line. Required minimum front, side, and rear yard areas shall be open and unobstructed to the sky except as permitted by §§ 350-25 and 350-38 of the Dalton Zoning Bylaws.
