Editor's Note: This ordinance was adopted to comply with N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.
This article deals with distributing, dispensing or possessing controlled dangerous substances or controlled dangerous substance analogs on or within 1,000 feet of school properties located in the Township of Clinton and defines and/or establishes those areas.

Immaculate Conception School. The map attached hereto was prepared by the Clinton Township Engineer, Ferriero Engineering, Inc., pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.

Clinton Township Middle School. The map attached hereto was prepared by Hatch, Mott MacDonald, Clinton Township Engineer, pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.

The Mayor and Council of the Township of Clinton approve the maps attached hereto as the official finding and record of the location and boundaries of the area on or within 1,000 feet of school property located within Clinton Township.

The maps attached hereto, upon proper authentication, shall be admissible and shall constitute prima facie evidence of the location and boundaries of areas on or within 1,000 feet of any property used for school purposes within the Township of Clinton.

The original of the maps referenced herein and approved hereby, or a true copy thereof, shall be filed with and maintained by the Clinton Township Clerk and shall be maintained as an official record of the Township of Clinton.
