Any rule or regulation of any water, sewer or improvement district
in the Town of Mount Pleasant inconsistent with any provision hereof
shall supersede such inconsistent provision and shall become a part
of this chapter as fully as if set forth herein, and any violation
thereof shall be a violation of this chapter.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed to require the alteration
of nonconforming plumbing work in presently existing drainage systems
and water distribution systems to conform to the provisions of this
chapter unless the same shall be unsanitary, except as otherwise expressly
provided herein; provided, however, that any replacements thereof
shall conform to the provisions of this chapter.
