Editor's Note: A certified copy of this resolution was duly filed
with the State Comptroller together with an affidavit of the Town Supervisor
as Chief Fiscal Officer as required by Retirement and Social Security Law
§ 430.
The Town of Southport Town Board of the Town of Southport does hereby
elect to provide the additional pension benefits of § 75-e; § 75-g;
and § 75-i of the Retirement and Social Security Law, as presently
or hereafter amended.
This election shall become effective on the first day of June 1990.
