Pursuant to Subdivision 1 of Penal Law § 405.00 of the State
of New York, the Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners with a fire district
of the Town and the Town Clerk for any area of the Town not within a fire
district are hereby designated the "permit authorities" to grant and issue
permits for the public display of fireworks in accordance with the provisions
of Penal Law § 405.00.
