This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Ordinance Regulating Use of Public Parks and Recreational
Facilities in the Town of Southport."
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the
health, safety, morals and general welfare of the inhabitants of the
Town of Southport, Chemung County, New York, as well as others by
regulating the use of parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities.
