No persons shall permit any dog either owned
by them or within their care, custody or control to be left unattended
in any public park within the Town of Southport, including being left
unattended in a motor vehicle. The owner of such dog shall be responsible
for the dog and shall be subject to any penalty imposed by this chapter
or the Agriculture and Markets Law as a result of any dog owned by
that person entering any public park within the Town of Southport.
