As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PUBLIC BATHING PLACE
A place where a swimming pool, wading pool or bathing beach is open to the public for swimming.
All public bathing places within the City shall be subject to Title 25, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 193, as amended, with the following exceptions:
A. 
Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Code, § 193.6, concerning vector control shall be superseded by Article V of this chapter.
B. 
Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Code, § 193.55, concerning food service shall comply with the articles of this chapter which pertain (i.e., food establishments, vendors, etc.).[1]
