This Board[1] hereby designates the Rockland Community Action Council, Inc.,
as the Community Action Agency for the County of Rockland and directs that
the Clerk of this Board, with the assistance of the County Attorney, notify
the appropriate officials of the action of this Board.

of Supervisors. The County governing body is now the County Legislature.
The Chairman of this Board is authorized to execute any and all documents
or instruments to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
