The Legislature of Rockland County hereby prohibits the activity known
as "moshing" on any County-owned property .
The Clerk to the Legislature is directed to send a certified copy of
this chapter to the President and the Board of Trustees of Rockland Community
College, the Director of the Rockland County Sewer District, the Director
of the Fire Training Center, and the Commissioner of Hospitals, and to such
other persons as the Clerk to the Legislature should, in her discretion, deem
appropriate.
