[Adopted 11-7-1990 by Res. No. 701-1990]
As of November 1 of each year, and every three
months thereafter, the Executive shall submit to the Legislature a
list of all positions vacant for six months or longer with a recommendation
to the Legislature as to whether those positions shall or shall not
be abolished.
If the Legislature deems it appropriate, it
may, by resolution, thereafter abolish those positions set forth on
said list.
