The Legislature of Rockland County hereby confirms
its intention to aid in the development of affordable housing.
The purchase price of properties set aside by
the County of Rockland for not-for-profit organizations who desire
to use the property for the purpose of developing affordable housing
shall be set at the amount of unpaid taxes, excluding interest and
penalties.
