Except when otherwise directed by a police officer
or other authorized person, the driver of any vehicle and every pedestrian
shall obey the instructions of any traffic control device, signal,
sign or marker installed under the provisions of this chapter or state
law, and every such person shall obey each and every provision of
this chapter.
It shall be unlawful for any person, when given
a notice by any police officer or other authorized person to appear
to answer for an offense against any provision of this chapter, to
give other than his true name and true place of his residence or address
upon the request of such police officer or other authorized person.

Violations of parking regulations set forth
in this chapter and all related penalties arising therefrom shall
be approved by the Council annually after a public hearing and will
be included in a Schedule of Fees and Penalties posted to the City
of Saco website and recorded by the City Clerk.
