The City of Fairfax, through its agents and employees, is directed to
set up and maintain stop signs along Park Street north of its intersection
with Highway No. 19 and along Elm Drive, south of the railroad tracks, within
the City limits of the City of Fairfax, so as to stop all traffic from those
streets running in a easterly and westerly direction entering upon or crossing
over said Park Street and Elm Drive so as to make Park Street and Elm Drive
through streets, save and except for those certain locations on Park Street
and Elm Drive where traffic along those streets are already obligated to stop
due to stop signs along said streets.
