The Town Manager shall, under the control of the Council, have general charge and management of the administrative affairs and work of the town. The Town Manager shall, in conformity with the Town Charter, serve at the pleasure of the Council and at such compensation as the Council may determine.

The Town Manager shall:
A. 
See that within the town the laws, ordinances, resolutions and bylaws are faithfully executed.
B. 
Attend all meetings of Council and recommend for adoption such measures as he shall deem expedient.
C. 
Make reports to Council from time to time upon affairs of the town.
D. 
Keep Council fully advised of the town's financial condition and its future financial needs.
E. 
Prepare and submit to Council a tentative budget for the next fiscal year.
F. 
Perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Council, not in conflict with the foregoing.
