Pursuant to the authority contained in §§ 15.2-1536
through 15.2-1541.1, Code of Virginia, there is hereby created and
established the office of County Administrator to the Board of Supervisors
of the County.

A.
The County Administrator of the County is empowered
to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the County Administrator
as set forth in §§ 15.2-1536, 15.2-1538, 15.2-1539,
15.2-1540, 15.2-1541 and 15.2-1541.1, Code of Virginia, as amended.
B.
The County Administrator is empowered and prescribed
the duty of making reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent
with state or County law or with the directives of the Board of Supervisors,
regarding the operation, maintenance and regulation of the use of
the real property of the County of Warren.
