A fee shall be required to be paid to the County
by any person using the septage receiving facility located at the
Front Royal Waste Treatment Plant.

The amount of the fee shall be $75 per load
of up to 1,000 gallons. For larger loads, the fee shall be $75 for
each 1,000 gallons or portion thereof.
The Board of Supervisors may, in conjunction
with the Town of Front Royal, establish rules and procedures which
must be followed in order to use this facility.
The County fee shall be in addition to any fee
for the use of this facility which may be charged by the Town of Front
Royal. The County and town may arrange for the joint collection of
these fees in any manner as may be mutually agreed.
