§§ 12-9A(8) and 12-9B(8), penalty for violation: $250 for a first violation, $500 for a second violation and not more than $1,000 for a third or subsequent violation, plus the cost of prosecution.
§§ 12-9A(10) and 12-9B(10), forfeiture: in addition to paying the room taxes due hereunder, any operator that has failed to pay any room tax when due shall be required to pay a forfeiture in an amount equal to 25% of the unpaid balance, or $5,000, whichever is less, for failure to pay the room tax due hereunder.
§§ 12-9A(11) and 12-9B(11), forfeiture: to the extent permitted under the law, the information provided to the Village under Wis. Stats., § 66.0615(2) shall remain confidential; provided, however, that the Village or any employee thereof may use such information in the discharge of duties imposed by law or of the duties of their office, or by order of a court. Persons violating the provisions of this subsection may be required to forfeit no less than $100 nor more than $500.

§ 75-2, license fees: $5.25 for each spayed female dog or neutered male dog and $10.25 for each unspayed female dog or unneutered male dog. A penalty will be assessed against the owner of such dogs in the amount of $25 for each eligible dog not licensed as of April 1 of each year.

§ 75-8D, costs and charges: per contracted services for impounding and daily charges.
§ 75-8E, bail amounts: $5 for the second offense involving such dog within one calendar year; $10 for the third offense involving such dog within one calendar year; and $15 for four or more offenses involving such dog within one calendar year.
§ 75-9, Kennel licenses fees: number of dogs actually lodged within the kennel: four to eight dogs, $40; eight to 12 dogs, $60. Offspring of the housed animals are exempted from birth to eight weeks in determining the total number allowed.

§ 165-7, Nonprofit organizations. Collection costs and county landfill disposal fees will be charged out, by the Village, on the quarterly water and sewer billing. The collection "tipping" fee will be based on the automated trash and curbside recycle costs, that the Village is charged, per bin, on a quarterly basis. The landfill disposal fee will be based on the current computed average tonnage of solid waste/recycling material per quarter. Recycling material disposal cost is currently at $0/ton; however, this may change in the future due to market pricing.
