To facilitate adequate provision for public
requirements made necessary by the division of land, there is imposed
on the land in each subdivision and other land divisions created for
residential purposes, hereafter submitted for approval in the Village,
a land division fee in an amount established by the Village Board.
Such total land division fee is to cover the use of existing public
buildings, police and fire equipment and other governmental services
and shall not apply to the construction of sewers, water mains or
streets in such land division.
The subdivision fee for each lot shall be paid as set forth in Chapter 102, Fees and Penalties of this Code.
