Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter or any term of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall
be subject to a civil penalty payable to the Town of Madison in an
amount not to exceed $50,000. In addition, the Town may seek an injunction
where necessary to prevent the applicant from publicizing, promoting
or conducting the mass gathering. If found liable, the violator shall
also be held responsible for court costs and reasonable attorneys
fees incurred by the Town. The Selectmen or their designated agents
may enforce this chapter.
