Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 583, Fees, comprising Art. I, Office Services Available to General Public, adopted 6-28-1999, as amended; Art. II, Returned Checks; Notary Fees for Nonresidents, adopted 3-26-2001, as amended; and Art. III, Vital Records Search, adopted 8-25-2008.
The fees charged by the Town of Madison for services available to the general public, including, but not limited to, faxes, photocopies, notary services, returned checks and vital records searches, are set at the discretion of the Select Board. A schedule of fees is available at the Town Office.
