At each meeting of the Commission, the Clerk/Secretary
shall take the minutes, which shall be made available for public inspection.
The minutes shall record votes of each member participating in resolutions,
transactions, or determinations. Copies of the minutes shall be filed
with the Clerk of the Borough of Newtown.
If for any reason a regular or alternate Commission
member is in conflict with a particular issue, for personal or financial
reasons, the individual shall abstain from any discussion or vote
on that particular issue and the Chairperson shall appoint an alternate
to vote in place of that member.
