No person shall, except in defense of person or property or
in pursuit of official duties, fire or discharge or shoot any gun
or other firearm, any B-B gun, flobert rifle, air gun, air pistol
or similar implement or device, any bow and arrow or any slingshot
anywhere within the limits of the Borough of North Wales.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine
and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
