Before any demolition permit is issued, the Construction Official
shall notify the Delanco Township History Board of the application
and the proposed timetable for the demolition so that the Board can
arrange to have photographs taken of the building in order to preserve
the history of Delanco Township. The applicant shall be requested
to cooperate with the Board by allowing access to the building for
such purposes. The requirement to notify the History Board may be
waived where the Construction Official determines that the public
health and safety requires the immediate demolition of the building.
