Unless otherwise specified by the Township,
all work shall be performed in accordance with New Jersey State Highway
Department Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction,
1989 or later revision, and Residential Site Improvement Standards
(N.J.A.C. 5:21). Where excavation materials from off-site sources
are required to complete the necessary grading, such material shall
be subject to the approval of the Township Engineer.
