[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Delanco
9-10-1979 by Ord. No. 10-1979 (Ch. 66 of the 1971 Code). Amendments noted
where applicable.]
The entranceways to a tract of ground located within the Township of
Delanco known and designated as "Hawk Island" which is owned by the Township
of Delanco is hereby declared closed to access to or from Hawk Island, and
the Police Department of the Township of Delanco is hereby directed to post
appropriate signs on the property in question and to treat any
persons using or attempting to use the grounds as trespassing subject to such
penalties as are provided by the trespass laws operative under the State of
New Jersey.
