A.
All trucks having a total combined gross weight of vehicle plus load
in excess of four tons shall be excluded from all streets within the
Township, as well as the Field of Dreams Access Drive, 501 Creek Road,
as to the entire length, except from those streets which form a part
of the system of truck routes upon which trucks are permitted to travel
and operate, which streets are more particularly described on Schedule
VI, being attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
B.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent such trucks
from making deliveries of merchandise or other property along streets
from which trucks are excluded or from excluding trucks used by public
utility companies for the construction, installation, operation or
maintenance of public utility facilities, within the Township, from
any street in the Township. Emergency vehicles and vehicles, such
as buses, engaged in the transportation of students and teams to official
events shall also not be excluded from any street or Field of Dreams
Access Drive, 501 Creek Road.
