(1) 
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and in between the lines provided.
(2) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Department of Transportation.

(3) 
Stopping or standing prohibited on certain streets. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described on the attached site plan.[1]

(4) 
Speed limits.
(a) 
The speed limits for both directions of traffic in the parking lots shall be 15 miles per hour (mph).
(b) 
The speed limits for both directions of travel within the entire complex shall be 15 mph.
(c) 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.
(5) 
Stop intersection. The following intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections, as shown on the attached site plan.
(6) 
One-way streets. The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated, as shown on the attached site plan.
(7) 
No-passing zones. The streets or parts of streets within the entire complex are hereby designated as no-passing zones.
(8) 
U-turn prohibitions. No person shall make a U-turn at any of the following locations: entire complex.
(9) 
Tow-away. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area, pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
(10) 
All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked by the Police Department to ensure that installations meet state and federal specifications, and all signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
(11) 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.

B. 
Township Municipal Complex (770 Coopertown Road).

(1) 
The traffic site plan [hereinafter the “plan”], prepared by Birdsall Engineering, Inc., and dated October 18, 2004, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein and shall be held on file with the Township Clerk.
(2) 
Parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided. Parking for handicapped shall be utilized only by those with validly designated plates or tags acquired in accord with the Department of Transportation requirements.
(3) 
Stopping or standing prohibited. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle within the drive aisles designated on the plan.
(4) 
Speed limits. The speed limits shall be set at 15 miles per hour throughout the site. Signage shall be erected indicating said speed limit.
(5) 
Stop intersections. Stop intersections are designated on the plan and shall be designated by signage in accordance with the plan.
(6) 
One-way traffic. One-way traffic shall be as designated on the plan, specifically at the exit-only and entrance-only intersections with Coopertown Road, and shall be designated by signage in accordance with the plan.
(7) 
No-passing zones. The entire site and all drive aisles therein are designated as no-passing zones.
(8) 
No U-turns. The entire site and all drive aisles therein are designated as no U-turn zones.
(9) 
Tow-away. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area, pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner’s or operator’s expense.
(10) 
All signage indicated on the plan shall be installed by the Township. Failure to obey said signage will result in a violation of this subsection.
(11) 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection or any supplement thereto shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.

In accord with the requirements of the Burlington County Planning Board issued on January 13, 2021, on the Dolan Contractors, Inc., project at 1,000 Coopertown Road (Block 1900, Lots 5.02 and 5.03), tractor trailer vehicles are prohibited from making a right turn out of the site onto Coopertown Road in the direction of Burlington Avenue and the town center of Delanco Township.
