A fee schedule for the sale of data contained
in the geographical information system shall be established as follows:
A. The information contained in the geographical information
system shall be grouped into seven packages, each containing layers
of information, as follows:
(1) Roadway/parking package.
(b)
Parking lots (dirt/gravel stone).
(h)
Physical center line of road.
(3) Physical features package.
(a)
Rivers, streams, ditches.
(f)
Trees, tree lines, brush, shrubs, hedges.
(4) Aboveground utilities package.
(a)
Utility, light and guide poles.
(b)
Radio and microwave towers.
(c)
Telephone switching stations.
(d)
Text (telephone systems).
(h)
Text (electrical system).
(5) Sanitary sewer system package.
(c)
Sanitary pump stations, meter chambers, treatment
plant.
(d)
Sanitary house connections.
(e)
Text (sanitary sewer system).
(6) Storm sewer system package.
(b)
Storm sewer manholes and catch basins.
(c)
Storm sewer headwalls and drainage structures.
(d)
Text (storm sewer system).
(7) Water system package.

Water pump stations and ancillary buildings.
B. The cost for showing each package of layers on a single
sheet of the Tax Map base shall be $100 per package.
C. The cost for showing each package of layers on up
to 1/2 of a single Tax Map base shall be $50 per package.
D. The cost for producing reports using the property
record information contained in the Mod IV database shall be $50 per
hour.
E. The cost of obtaining a Tax Map shall be $5 for a
nonscaled 11 x 17 inch copy and $10 for a full-scale copy.
F. The additional
cost to produce any of the requested media on CD/DVD shall be $25
per CD/DVD.
