No person may enter upon, or engage in tennis play on, any such tennis
court without visibly displaying upon his person a current and valid tennis
badge issued to such person by the Department of Recreation and Parks.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a
term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

No person shall provide private tennis lessons on municipal tennis courts
for money or other valuable compensation without the written permission of
the Director of Recreation and Parks.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, any person who
