The Office of Village Justice be and the same hereby is established
for the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill in accordance with the provisions
of § 3-301 of the Village Law of the State of New York, having the
jurisdiction as set forth in the Village Law of the State of New York, § 2402
of the Nassau County Government Law, with the Office of Village Justice having
a term as provided in §§ 3-301 and 3-302 of the Village Law
of the State of New York, the same to commence on the first day of December
1984.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law and Village
Law § 3-300, Subdivision 2(a), and notwithstanding any other provision
of law to the contrary, the Village Justice Court Clerk may reside anywhere
within the County of Nassau.
Pursuant to the provisions of Village Law § 3-300, Subdivision
2(a), and notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
appointed village officer may reside anywhere within the County of Nassau.
