Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided that the CG Crossing
Governmental Zone "is a new zone, created from a portion of land zoned
R-2 Residential Zone."
The purpose of the zone is to encourage public and governmental
uses that primarily serve the Borough, while maintaining and enhancing
the historic character, scale and open spaces that exist within the
zone.
The following uses shall be permitted in the CG Crossing Governmental
Zone. Any use not so listed is expressly prohibited.
