It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo a human being, or for any person, firm or corporation to conduct the business of tattooing within the Borough of Saddle River, except that tattooing may be performed for medical purposes by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey. (1969) Code § 75-1)
Anyone, persons, company, corporation or individual who, in
any way violates any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction,
be fined a minimum of $100, but not more than $1,000 for each violation.
Each day the violation is in existence shall be deemed a separate
violation.
