From and after the effective date of this article,
it shall be illegal for any person, firm or corporation to operate
any vehicle, machinery or equipment containing metallic or cleated
wheels or tracks on any of the streets or highways in the Borough
of Pleasant Hills.
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction before any of the District Justices
of the Borough of Pleasant Hills, be sentenced to pay a fine not in
excess of the sum of $100 and in default thereof to suffer imprisonment
in the Allegheny County Jail for a period not to exceed 10 days.
