[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Stone Harbor as Sec. 4-13 of the 1982 Revised General Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful to cast an arrow or discharge any rifle, pistol, BB gun, pellet gun, shotgun, or other firearm within the Borough limits.
The following activities shall be exceptions to § 553-1:
A. 
Discharge of any firearm by police, National Guardsmen, fish or game wardens or any local, state or federal law enforcement officers otherwise lawfully discharging said firearms in the performance of their public duties.
B. 
Persons lawfully using firearms in the defense or protection of person or property.
Anyone violating the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalty, of the Borough of Stone Harbor Code.
