The Village shall require a permit for digging up fuel tanks. Such excavation
shall be under the supervision of the Code Enforcement Officer to ensure the
safety precautions for such paid excavation.

The fee for said permit shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution
of the Board of Trustees, and any difference in the fee for such inspection
shall be paid by the Village.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation which violates any provision
of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, up to
15 days' imprisonment, or both.
