A.
No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon the following
described part of Rivervale Road except a person standing or parking
a commercial vehicle for the purpose of loading or unloading goods:

with Westwood Avenue in a southerly direction to a point 108.0 feet
south of the intersection with Westwood Avenue

B.
A person standing or parking a commercial vehicle
for the purpose of loading or unloading goods upon the above-described
part of Rivervale Road shall not stand or park the commercial vehicle
for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading or unloading
of the goods.
Every person convicted of a violation of this
article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50.
