Within the Planned Residential Development Zone, no building, land, structure, area or use shall be used in whole or in part for other than one or more of the enumerated, specified uses, and no building or structure shall be arranged, intended, designed, erected, remodeled, altered or used, nor any improvement undertaken, for any purpose other than as enumerated in this Part 4 or as provided by law.
The following principal uses and customary accessory uses shall be permitted within a Planned Residential Development Zone if in accordance with a site plan approved by the Joint Planning Board:
A. 
Single-family detached dwelling as permitted in A Residence Districts.
B. 
At any such single-family detached dwelling use as mentioned in Subsection A, agricultural, gardening and horticultural uses, home office and studio uses and public uses, all as heretofore permitted in the A Residence District, provided that none is conducted as a commercial enterprise.
C. 
Townhouses, as hereinafter provided.
D. 
Senior citizen housing, as hereinafter provided.
E. 
Multifamily dwellings, as hereinafter provided.
F. 
Indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, including golf courses and clubs, tennis, squash and similar courts and clubs, swimming pools and clubs, skating facilities and other similar recreation and open space uses when limited and related to the use of the planned residential development. Indoor tennis courts shall not be permitted, and all structures proposed for recreational use shall be required to be approved in advance by the Joint Planning Board.
Notwithstanding the foregoing reference to customary accessory uses, no business, professional, commercial or other nonresidential use shall be carried on in any townhouse, multifamily or senior citizen housing unit or in or upon any other part of such multifamily site. No stores, shops or other business, professional or commercial use, whether or not such use is accessory, auxiliary, incidental or at some other lesser level of intensity, shall be constructed, maintained, opened or carried on or upon any multifamily or townhouse site or at or in any individual townhouse or multifamily unit or in or upon any parking or garage area.
